MAKE IT LAST: These are indoor and outdoor pieces, but they do appreciate a little shelter from the elements to stay in pristine condition. To store them in the off-season, place them in a temperature-controlled space to keep the heat from misshaping them (and making you sad when you open next season!). The shipping boxes are great for storing!!

PROCESSING: This piece is ready to ship and processing will take 2-3 days approximately. At that time, we will ship your order according to our shipping policies

We recommend ordering all "Made to Order" items approximately 3-4 weeks before the date you need your order (longer during our busy holiday season) and all "Ready to Ship" items 1 week before the date you need your order.  Items often arrive sooner than that, we just want  you to be fully prepared. We never guarantee a delivery date 100% due to unforeseen issues that can arise during production or with the shipping/postal service.

RTS Ready to Ship items (see item description) ship within 1-2 business days. Made to Order items (see item description) ship within 1-3 weeks (message me before purchasing for a more precise estimate if desired). My free shipping fee will ship the item in the most economical fashion. This means some locations in the eastern part of the United States can be shipped Priority mail (1-3 days) for much less than others (including TX, FL and anything out west) that will go Parcel Select (2-9 days) at a comparable rate. AK and HI have proven to take longer than the 9 days promised by USPS. Please order accordingly.

If your item arrives with a flaw or is damaged during transit we will of course replace it. Please send us photos of the flaw or damage via an Etsy conversation within 24 hours of receipt and we will have a new item made up and shipped out as soon as possible.

Given the personalized nature of our products, we do not generally accept returns due to changing one's mind.
